Terms of Service

By creating a Recruiter Pro account or using any part of this website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
RecruiterPro.club is a private software tool that helps credentialed military Recruiters manage their public presence, leads, appointments, and outreach. It is not an official Department of Defense system, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Armed Forces, any branch thereof, or any federal, state, or local agency.
3. Eligibility
You may create a Recruiter account only if you are a currently credentialed Recruiter in one of the eight supported branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, Army National Guard, or Air National Guard). We do not independently verify credentials; misrepresenting yourself is a material breach and grounds for immediate termination of your account.
4. Your content
You own the leads, bios, photos, and copy you add. You grant Recruiter Pro a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (SMS or email), scrape third-party systems, impersonate another Recruiter, or transmit content that violates TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any applicable state communications law. You are responsible for collecting valid consent before messaging any lead.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RECRUITER PRO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC ENLISTMENT, LEAD CONVERSION, OR RECRUITING OUTCOME.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruiter Pro's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a reputable arbitration body, seated in the state where the Recruiter Pro entity is registered. Class-action participation is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@recruiterpro.club.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, including misrepresentation of credentials or TCPA violations. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
10. Changes to these terms
We will notify you at least 30 days before any material change becomes effective. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the state where the Recruiter Pro entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
